Refund policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026. This policy applies to programme fees invoiced by Dev Access Grid after an enrolment conversation. This website does not take payment.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and no live sessions have been attended. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if you withdraw within the first seven calendar days of a live cohort and have completed no more than one graded artefact.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be emailed within 30 days of the invoice payment date, or within the windows above — whichever is stricter for the scenario.

Full vs partial

Full refunds return 100% of programme tuition paid. Partial refunds typically equal tuition minus a £120 materials and seat-reservation fee, unless a different amount is stated on your invoice.

Non-refundable items

Third-party tool licences, travel, printed kits already shipped, and custom private clinics that have already been delivered are non-refundable. Platform Partnership quarterly fees already consumed for workshops held are non-refundable for that quarter.

Process

Email hello@devaccessgrid.click with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and issue a decision within ten working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfers to UK accounts may clear faster; card refunds follow the card scheme timeline.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full tuition refund.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected where they apply. Employer-sponsored seats may follow the sponsor’s cancellation clause if that clause was attached to the invoice.
