Modules
- Week 1 — Inventory without mercy Catalogue every chart your org already shows. Tag each with a decision owner or mark it for retirement.
- Week 2 — Clocks and contracts Align commit, merge, and production timestamps. Draft a measurement contract product can co-sign.
- Week 3 — Failure that means something Redefine change failure so content publishes and true regressions stop sharing a bucket.
- Week 4 — Customer-visible wait Join support load to release notes; produce one annotated timeline.
- Week 5 — Board rehearsal Present a twelve-minute brief; faculty and peers attack the soft spots.
- Week 6 — Operating rhythm Install a weekly cadence and a quarterly kill-list for metrics that lost their owner.

No. Spreadsheets and CI exports are enough for Studio. We focus on definitions and critique, not tool sprawl.

What is a real limitation of this programme?
Studio does not provision observability tooling or rewrite your pipelines. If your clocks are wrong in source systems, we will help you name the gap — we will not engineer the fix inside the six weeks.

Live studios are recorded for enrolled learners for 60 days. Critiques of peer artefacts are not redistributed outside the cohort.
